Telixia's passion for her community shines through her work. Not only does she create effective engaging projects for hard to reach young people, but also for those with a criminal conviction. She understands that not everybody is academic, and develops training material that are tailored to the learning needs of participants to ensure their personal and professional growth.
Being a trainer is something Telixia takes pride in, she has facilitated workshops in schools across London, developed projects for charities and consulted with third sector organisations on training and engagement techniques for staff growth and sustainability.
Telixia is a positive force in her community and continues to provide opportunities wherever she goes.
